Dear all, Please see below for the CCD Updates 1. Below is the confession schedule in our church. Friday,December 20th Confession: 6:00 PM.  Saturday,December 21st Confession: 8 :00 AM 2. Below is the Christmas Schedule for our church.   Tuesday,December 24 Christmas Caroling & Bell Choir - 6:15 PM to 6:45 PM Christmas Vigil Holy Mass (Malayalam) - 7:00 PM Holy Mass (English) in the Auditorium - 7:00 PM  Wednesday,December 25th Christmas Day Holy Mass (Common Mass) 10:00 AM 3. The children are preparing Christmas carol songs for the Christmas Vigil. Our final rehearsal will be this Sunday(12/22/2024) at 1:30 PM in the church . Please encourage your children to participate in the Carol singing. 4. This Sunday we have mass at 10:00 AM followed by CCD Classes. 5. Please support our 10th graders for their bake sale this Sunday(12/22/2024). All proceeds will go to St.Jude Children's hospital .

Dear all, Below are the CCD Updates 1.   As we approach the Christmas season, children will be preparing carol songs for the Christmas Vigil. If any students from  grade 8 and up  are interested in joining the bell choir as part of the carol, please reply to this message or inform your teachers. We're looking for about 10 participants, and spots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Beth from the former st.Boniface Church will be instructing the bell choir, with practices scheduled for  November 17 and 24 at 12:45 PM,  following Mass. There will also be carol singing and bell choir practices in December, with details to follow. Please note that children should be able to read music and play the bells with both hands. 2. Please support our 9th graders in their food drive, with all donations benefiting the Catholic Charities Community Services of Rockland and helping those in need in our community. 3.  Please encourage your children in grades 4 and up to join the Bible Reading Challenge! Let's commit to reading the entire New Testament together, from November through April. Dear all, Please see the  message from our Bishop, Mar Joy Alappatt encouraging our Sunday School Students to participate in the Bible Reading Challenge. https://youtu.be/r32R6mj4X20 *How Sunday School children/youth can participate in the Bible Reading Challenge:* 1. Sign up for this Bible Challenge program using the google form -  https://forms.gle/WNLdvVVZ5SZSEDbG6 2. Take a print out of the Bible Reading Calendar and keep it till the end of the challenge. 3. Read the Bible each day as mentioned in the calendar- Biblia Calender , starting November 1. 4. Log the reading dates in the calendar and get initials from the parent. 5. At the end of every month, get a signature from the Sunday School teacher. 6. Once the entire challenge is completed, get a signature from CML Coordinator/ Sunday School Principal and Pastor. Parish leadership has to send the list of those children who completed the challenge to diocesan team and they will get an appreciation certificate from the diocese.

Dear all, 1.  There will be a meeting for CCD parents and teachers on  November 3, following the 11:30 AM Mass . Please join us to share your valuable insights and thoughts.  2.  Starting this year, all children in grade 4 and above are required to take the  Dei Verbum Bible Quiz 2025 , which will be conducted on Saturday, December 7th, 2024. 10  percent of the CCD marks will be based on the Dei Verbum Bible Quiz.
